Jim A Escalante has been a faculty member in the Department of Art at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since 1989. He teaches courses in Book Arts, Graphic Design and Photography.His first teaching appointment was in the Department of Art at Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri in 1981.He is originally from Mexico City, Mexico and has lived in Texas, Missouri and Wisconsin.
