This is exactly what I needed!!! Thank you so much for having such amazingly detailed instructions! I make items out of leather scraps from my fathers handmade shoe business. I am creating notebooks with nature photoraphy on the front and needed to figure out the proper way to sew them! Thanks!!!

Many thanks for this – found after hours of searching!

I adapted the final stitching at the bottom to mirror the top and tied it off in the middle. Not sure if that is ‘the way it should be done’ but it worked for me.
